It was strange at first but once you get used to it, it's perfectly fine

Yk gamings fucked when a skill gap is seen as an issue

“Black ops 6 will be the first call of duty game to let you slide in any direction!”

Me: *laughs in Black ops 3*

I like it tbh. Takes practice to get used to but overall its good

the movement doesn’t need to be changed or nerfed at all. if people can’t keep up it is quite simply a skill issue. y’all asked for a skill gap, here you go.

I love it. The skill gap omnimovement provides is like what made me fall in love with the exo movement in Bo3.

As a CoD noob, i really like like the movement. The SBMM makes it better not to match against highly skilled players, but also impacts the score streaks very hard - i played many hours in the beta but getting the chopper feels like impossible.

The moment casual players realize that they don't have to learn omnimovement because sbmm will make the game easier for them anyways will be tragic

I mean even back in the day maybe we didn’t have the movement but that’s what made playing call of duty fun to me to begin with. The incentive to get better and better to dominate lobbies and upgrade my shit

I think casuals will get used to it, it's not like exo movement where it just intensifies all your movement, rather all it does is unlock the ability to do everything you could do fowards, but now in all directions

It took a few matches to get used to but it honestly super fun being able to dive in any direction

I’m a casual player & if anything it feels like the opposite. Whenever I die I genuinely feel like it’s my fault. “I could’ve jumped back.” “I should’ve slid to the side.” “Damn next time I’ll create some space by backing up.” This problem is a skill issue

Aim is aim. Even when someone dances around then cartwheels in front of you, a headshot is a headshot.

People really over hating this omni movement. Took a bit to get used to, buts it’s so fun and smooth once you get it

It feels great mainly because it is new and everyone is learning how to use it so it has huge potential

Haven’t played fps much lately but the omnimovement in BO6 is so fun. Don’t worry about being the best in the lobby. Killing someone while diving around the corner is a lot of fun

It doesn't need balancing, it's one of the only mechanics that I feel like cod should've already had

I think its actually pretty good for new players. It makes it very good for people who just started playing games that might not be able to coordinate their thumbs properly by making it so they only need to use one thumb to escape from gunfights.
There are probably a few learning curves for it, but ive definitely noticed some of my friends that dont play much doing way better on this movement system.
