You seem like the type of guy who loves challenging himself. At this point you're stringer than 99.9% of people.
Now get fast. Trust me, speed training is ALOT more painful than strength training, 100m 200m 400m.
I'd recommend you strive for sub 11, sub 22 and sub 60
THEN, you're faster than 99.9% of people. Goodluck Super Soldier 🫡
