I’ve started using notes more so this video is really helpful. I’ve been trying to move away from google apps and Keep Notes is one of the last things I am still using. I think the one thing that Google does really well is their web-apps, Apples web-apps on desktop are pretty bad, especially the calendar, I think that is what has made me slow to move to their apps.

Brandon, thanks for this. I have been using Notes a lot for many years. I can't imagine not to have this app. I use it really "every day and hour". And it is getting better with every update. Quick new note, sharing, smart folder these are very good functions. I used to use the "Elephant app (now expensive)" for notes but Apple notes (free of charge) are now very good and for me no need to check and find any other app.

I’ve had an iPhone (12 Pro Max) for nearly a year and a half after 10+ years of Android. I want to get into Apple Notes, but it’s hard to leave the simplicity of Google Keep. I also occasionally use One Note.

Also… What type of capacitive stylus are you all using? I know they aren’t as precise as the Apple Pencil, but I’m looking for something with a fine point.

This is gr8 BB! Use notes all the time, but learned loads from this. Something I just realised - if you use the new ios16 device password feature for notes on the iPhone, for the time being, you will not be able to access those password protected notes on your ipad - simply says the selected note requires latest version (which obviously is not available (on public release) yet for the ipad.

I love notes and been using it all these years from first iPhone despite having most of the third party and paid apps. That being said, it’s been sooo buggy lately since iOS 14 despite having the latest iPhone pro max. It’s super laggy as it keeps loading and syncing every second. The screen always jumps up a few pages by itself. Previously the text would overlap by itself but that bug has been fixed in iOS 15.
