This is how you gets past the "Let´s connect you to a network"-screen during the installation of Windows 11. Something that is useful not only if you don´t have access to or don´t want to connect your computer to the Internet.

But also because of that it gives you the added bonus of being able to create a local account instead of being forced to sign in with a Microsoft Account.
