Since this process doesn't works anymore and assuming that you don't have an Ethernet cable/port, you can always use your USB tethering from your mobile via a cable.

didn't work for me i had to press shift+f10 then type in OOBE\BYPASSNRO into command prompt then i could enter windows 11 without internet, my network adapters wouldn't bloody install so i had to download intel's installation manually on my other computer and save to usb to install into my new system. Windows 11 is terrible when first loaded.

Update: now you can type ooob\ then keep pressing tab until you find bypassnro

I was able to follow your commands, but instead of getting to the next window, it says You've lost connection. A retry button pops up. Any suggestions?

Hello there, it did Not work for me :( I GOT TO TASK MANAGER, THAN I SELECTED "Network Connection Flow", BUT THE "End Task" BUTTON NEVER APPEARED, SO I RIGHT CLICKED AND SAW THE "End Task" OPTION, SO I CLICKED ON IT. BACK AT THE WINDOWS SET UP SCREEN CAME UP A MESSEGE SAYING "Oops, you've lost internet connection" AND AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND OF THE SCREEN DISPLAYED A BLUE BUTTON TO "Retry". I CLICKED IT AND IT TOOK ME BACK TO THE "Let's connect you to a network" PAGE AGAIN. SO BASICALLY, IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME!

After watching your tutorial I manage to do it properly, however, instead of movinf forward to the next step, it prompted a message saying "Oops, you've lost internet connection. Let's go back and connect to your network again" The option left was retry.
