I had covid April 2020. Only symptoms I had was no taste, smell for 3 weeks and Extreme brain fog, I tested positive weekly for 9 weeks. 4 months later started having seizures. To this day My memory is horrendous, always mentally tired, my mental health is so bad It’s hard to keep going. I’ve worked 3 days a week with a rest day in between each day and recently gone onto 4 days a week, feel like it’s making things get much worse than it’s ever been. Life is hard

I believe it. I had an amazing memory, got covid in early 2020, and I find myself forgetting things all the time and get severe headaches daily.

I got Covid right away, March 2020. My sense of taste still hasn’t fully returned. I get intermittent brain fog with a pressure headache. When this happens, I lose my balance. It’s been rough. I try to keep my mind clear of petty junk and focus on taking care of myself the best I can.

first round of covid in 2020 had such dense brain fog remembering what I was going to do after getting dressed was impossible, took 8 mos to lighten. After June covid was equally dense while very sick, was glad dog barks when tea kettle steams and only way I knew if I ate was a dish in the sink. Now 6 mos later I can remember a sequence of things I want to do BUT I can't remember some words, took me 2 days to remember fuschia and long term memories associated with what I did for 39 yrs are sort of flickering.

Nah, just go pick up a good book and start reading everyday. Will help better than any therapy or medication.
