Nope...the seasoning should already be in the crawfish. You just pull, suck pinch and eat.. and wash it all down with a cold beer!

Where the hell do I find a craw fish boil like that? I live in Oregon and we have dugeness crab which is delicious but I have never made it to a crawfish boil.

I like Tajin. It's a Mexican blend of herbs and spices. It's not hot but what it has is dehydrated lime juice and its not too salty. You can add any hot sauce or dried heat.
