The smell of the refineries could be overwhelming at times, but when you asked my grandfather what he thought of it he said, "Smells like biscuits and gravy." Those refineries were how he fed his family and he was proud to work there.

I lived in Louisiana for 1 year when I was 20-21 years old. I’ll be 36 in August. It was by far one of the best years of my life! The food, the people, New Orleans, the scenery, the history, everything about it! I love Louisiana! I haven’t been back since but your video is making me think I need to go back for a visit!

As a native south eastern Texan, this was SO interesting to watch! Grew up eating crawfish, and have eaten them my whole life but I didn't realize this is where they came from and this is how they do it?? Amazing.
