For anyone wondering, there isn't really a humane way to kill so many crawfish
You either freeze em and spike their heads prior to cooking
Or just toss em in the pot
Either way, an extreme temperature is involved, and if you don't cook crustaceans right after death you risk getting some serious food poisoning
