Valuable information. Caregivers are worn out physically and mentally. They need help, time away, and restorative sleep.

I needed this today. I felt so sad that she’s gets so haughty at me because my mother at 93 acts that taking heart medication can be taken some random time in the am and another time in the evening. But when younger she was very serious about taking her meds on a twelve hour cycle. She just acts like I’m bothering her.

God I need your help! My husband has dementia and it is getting very bad. I want to sell our home and downsize out property as we can no longer manage it. How do I go about getting him on board with this? Also our son is a total nightmare and I want to move so he can't find us. Please help!!! I am at my wits end and want to protect my husband.

Okay, these are not secrets dear ! Caregivers talk to each other all the time! The only people you are actually talking to, are people who are not Caregivers . Tell them these things.
