I like his philosophy. No traditional lifting on the biceps and triceps. Mainly just core chest, shoulder, arm excersises and plyometrics. I hope he lives long and healthy.

52 year old here, he's practicing what i do too - preaching to the choir ! but i do max 1.5 hours a day, have an office job now still wfh. Keep moving, pushing and pulling !

Definitely a lifestyle. Once you implement the necessary changes it becomes second nature and will benefit you in terms of quality of life. Longevity is the key but you want to continue to have those quality years of life where you can continue to remain active and have that vigor for life!

50 years old here! Been training in crumbling garage lifting rocks doing PUSH UPS on paint cans pull UPS on beams no money wasted on gym fees or protein shakes!!!
