Breaks and slowing down is so important to help recharge so that you can work with your all and give your clients the best care and attention. I spend each morning reading my Bible and Journaling while I drink my coffee. It helps slow down my morning so I can focus on what's important. Thanks for posting

When I was terribly stressed at work a few years ago I used to meditate and imagine I was lying on my favourite beach, or in my Mum's garden. They were places I felt were 'safe'. For anyone watching, meditation is super-relaxing! Thanks Simona :)
