As a man, if you're trying to better yourself by working out, eating, well, dressing nice, etc.. just to get women, then you have to make some changes. 5:23 I find when I've been doing a lot of talking without losing my voice, my voice gets deeper. I imagine it's because all the muscles loosen up with use. Best kind of talking to stimulate it is talking at a volume like you're presenting to a small classroom of people. You have to use your chest to project a little but you're not shouting to be heard. That really loosens up my voice.

Then, when you're talking to someone one on one, take that vocal posture but reduce the volume and your voice will be that nice deep and smooth quality people like in a man. Obviously the level of depth and smoothness will depend on your natural limits, but it's the best you can get without being disingenuous.
