I remember this like it was yesterday. When I was a young man I really really wanted to sleep with this insanely hot young woman. She had a boyfriend. I knew it. I was young and this would only be the second lady I ever bed. I learned a valuable lesson.
We were friends, and there was always tons of flirting, touching, teasing, etc... One night in a pool she giving me the ultimate sh*t-test and I thought she was ready for the action. I went to kiss her, and she teasingly turned her face away and did not accept it. I just looked at her. She looked back at me, with a smirk knowing she got me. I just said "Okay, I get it" and I got out of the pool and left her. She did follow me to my car, and she was trying to chat me up the whole way. All I said was, "It's okay, I understand". Then drove away.
The next day, she texted me a lot, and I just replied one time with "busy day sorry", one text based on all her multiple texts throughout the day. At about 9:00 at night, she texted me she wanted to come over. I knew then. She came over. It was insanely hot. Guys: stop giving a sh*t. Don't play her game. End of story.

Okay, so as an older woman, I can honestly tell you that a lot of women prefer fit rather than very muscular. Most women can spot make-up and dye on a guy at 50 paces and don't like it. Deep voices? Great IF he's saying something interesting and intelligent Otherwise, work on the other two and not depth of tone.

Yes, definitely keep it smart in both attire and mind.

While this may be true in America (lean muscular physique) it's not in the Philippines. Interestingly, over half of all women there prefer a "dad bod." A lean muscular physique is the optimal for health, and in America, it's a must, along with a great car. Ouch.

If my purpose is being attractive to women then it is absolute nonsense. It would be great if people put afford to get this love buy God they try to get from women. I'm not saying this video is bad advice, but it a bit miss leading in it's goals. Could be verily easily fixed with a follow up video talking about charisma/personality rather than just physical appearances. It was even touched on in the beginning saying that sex appeal is a mixture of the two. But even than there is more to it. Things like income and dating experience also have to be taken into account. Also people need to have realistic standards, both for themselves and for their partners, and that's a point that should be emphasized. As the video stands, it's almost making the point that "Do these things and you'll be a 10/10 that'll be able to get any girl you want!" which just isn't true. Doing all of these really well could make a 4/10 guy go to a 6/10 guy, maybe.
Also just a side note, the one thing that really irked me was the V-shaped body. Men should be working out for health and practical strength above all else, and the V-shape, though it is healthier than not being fit, is just simply a bad fitness trend for several reasons. I don't think men should be motivated to try and work for that particular body shape, rather just work out to keep healthy, get stronger and build practical muscle. The looks will come along eventually.
