How can I set up my Alexa like in the echo dot? I mean, the app only show’s how to do it in the dot by pressing the one button the echo show 8 doesn’t have… I want to make announcements and drop in with my Alexa but I cannot add my echo show to the app!!!

My problem is that Alexa in the echo show has started losing her hearing. A lot of time she does not hear me unless I literally yell or stand right in front of the echo show. It’s been gradual over the last few months. I had the original echo for years with no problem but this thing seems to be buggy and problematic.
