My narcissist was constantly looking over his shoulder, fearful of those he had scammed in the past. What a miserable life.

What makes someone an enemy?

An enemy is when someone intentionally wants to hurt you, mentally or physically.

Despite their mean, immature, aggressive, always trying to be controlling, straight up bully, problematic ways (and just downright malicious ways), narcs are almost like Chihuahuas in Rottweiler bodies...hope that analogy made sense 😅

Being unpredictable absolutely works. I can attest to that!! The narcissist has no clue of what I have up my sleeve.

Deny, deflect, and project is absolutely the response you get when you call out a narcissist on something, no matter how trivial it is. Every time I tried to set a boundary with my ex-husband, I was met with these things and a side of narcissistic rage to go with it. I couldn’t even finish the first sentence before he would turn on the defense mechanisms. I’m so glad I don’t live with that anymore.

I always wanted to help Narcissistic people because I’m extremely loving person and that was my mistake. I finally realise you just can’t help them and I’m free!

You can be a private person as not everyone has to know everything about it. Those sorts twist it around and turn it upside down. They are scared, vengeful, spiteful.

Let’s do this! I’m winning my battle and it feels good. He almost sucked me in but my gut instincts saved me and now a year later I am in a stable enough of a position that I am able to remain calm cool and collected while riding out his attacks and attempts to destroy me after calling him out for his BS.

I would be so amused sitting in on one of your cases watching The narcissists face contort while you angle everything in the exact way that they can't stand lol.

They don't want you finding out they need you and don't need them

Maybe us leaving the dynamic signifies to them that their false self has they are supposed to be superior and in charge etc, so people are supposed to be okay with the treatment. Thanks Rebecca, another brilliant video 🥰

1) Deep-seated feeling of unworthiness & fear of losing control 2) Rejection and abandonment [DON’T FEEL SORRY FOR THEM] 3) Losing anything or anyone; they will withhold info and sabotage; they have to look better than everyone 4) Being held accountable or responsible; they deny, deflect, and project 5) Being exposed, especially to people they respect! Be unpredictable; be strong and on the offensive. Outsmart them!

living with my daughter who is in her 40's and a total narcissist. Loves to get my grand daughter upset with me and they both gang up on me and gaslight me or try too. I can't afford to move out as I'm retired, but they are gone most of the time so I just stay in my room when they are here. I never knew why I always felt like a horrible person, and it is because they are always telling me I'm ugly and a horrible mother and a terrible person, I'm old and thing I know who I am and tho it hurts to hear them say these things to my face I know it isn't true. My grand daughter is a lawyer and I understand she needs to be a narcissist for her job but I wish she'd keep her accusations at her job.
