Another helpful tip for Autocannon users is don't fully empty your ammunition before reloading. Once the mag reaches half or below reload when possible. There's an extra initial animation before you reload the first mag which takes longer if ammunition is empty.

Personally i find the auto cannon more my jam because i prefer its versatility over the rail gun.

My friend runs rail gun, i switched off auto cannon to be a more "crowd clear" role.

With supply backpack, nade launcher, breaker with crowd clearing strategems.

It has made our time through the highest difficulties so much better. Cause i can get rid of mobs, he takes care of armored enemies.

The ARC thrower is also A sleeper...its infinite can be fired fairly fast and can blast armor off of enemies besides killing anything.

I really like how it works as a great medium unit buster all while being good against hordes as well. Also, another time, always reload before emptying your gun is you can as you don't have to cock the gun and so the reload is MUCH faster. It can one shot headshot all Devastators, and 3 shot headshot hulks.

It can easily take down a bile titan too by shooting it in the mouth just before it spits

You can actually reload the whole thing if you just hit reload again. In fact you can hit reload with any ammount of shots left and it will shove in a half mag worth of shots on top of whatever is already in there. But two reloads in a row will fill it up completely.

The autocannon is 100% better than the railgun. It has more utility with destroy sidemission objectives and if u know how to play it, it can kill chargers with 2 shots.. the railgun ist very good but i think overall the autocannon ist better 😊
