To those wondering where those red crits are coming from, it's because he's using Kullervo and his Wrathful Advance ability. He activates this off screen, then just shows gameplay with it (sometimes) active. Because he's getting bonus crit chance from that ability- boom- red numbers all over the place. Watch the video closely. Every time he's getting red numbers Wrathful Advance is counting down. Every time he gets normal numbers, no Wrathful Advance. You can see the symbol in the upper corner. Would have been nice to have that clarified so yes, with this exact build AND playing Kullervo you can get those numbers. But just expect "normal" damage otherwise with every other frame. It's still a great weapon and a good build, don't get me wrong. I'm still glad I went after it. Just a tiny bit misleading. Hope that saves you some time pulling your hair out trying to get his numbers with just the mods, as I did.

Perhaps this is the first English-language warframe video that I watch with automatically created subtitles. Hi (I use a translator)
The video is cool. Personally, it even convinced me to sit in the simulacrum for a while by separately yourself and throw a glaive. Which I usually don't do.
And what can I say from my observations. *Initial combo counter is always better than just the critical damage.* Roughly speaking, I used the first build you showed and just replaced gladiator might with a corrupt charge and the slash status effect damage became significantly more

Corrupt Charge and Power Throw are must haves for me. Also. Melee Animosity 100% works, and no you don't use regular melee attacks to proc it.

When you throw the Glaive, you wait for it to make contact with an enemy, this procs Melee Animosity, then you detonate the Glaive immediately after. Two hits, free crits, it makes a noticeable difference in my damage output, even with 1 or 2 procs from the Melee Animosity.

Been running this for a week now. FUCKING INSANE. I don’t think I’m gonna be using any other melee from now on. AND an absolute chad gave me a spiffy riven for it. It hits like a truck now. NO other buffs, 4-500k orange crits and like 100k-500k+bleed tics

Worth noting because I see this a LOT: Tennokai can, in fact be worth using on glaives. It can proc off of direct hits with the throw, and while active, will continually boost your wind-up speed until you heavy attack. To be fair, I don't know if these are bugs or not, but I've been using Tennokai on glaives since it came out.

I don't see anybody else bringing this up but I just discovered that Mesa can actually throw Glaive Prime while using the Regulators! You need to make sure you had your primary euiped before activating Regulators but other than that no glichy setup just press melee and boom it works. I've been using it to pop nullifier bubbles so I don't waste energy on recast, major game changer.
