This Terraria weapon makes the game laughably easy... The Death Sickle. In this video, I take a look at this post mechanical boss melee weapons which is still incredibly good today in the Terraria's 1.4.4 update. This weapon is truly one of the abosulte best for events and will help any player out, regardless of if you're playing melee or not. During events like the Pirate invasion, it can make it laughably easy thanks its ability to shoot through walls! If you haven't already, you should totally give this weapon a try!

the fact that it goes through blocks is so helpful even out of combat since the projectiles glow, it's great for lighting up caves and finding adjacent caves

3:38 the ending scenes are always so satisfying with the high fire rates of the showcased weapons, but this one just takes the cake. It’s beautiful

I really like the detail that this weapon; compared to its beginning hardmode contemporary, the ice sickle; can travel through solid tiles, much like the enemy from which it drops.

You can craft solar tablets pre-Plantera by breaking into the temple with a hoik (three platforms hammered towards the door) and farming lihzards. In doing so, you won’t need to worry about Mothrons, as they can only spawn after Plantera has been defeated.

Small note, tablets are NOT necessarily locked behind post-plantera progression!
You can find the fragments outside the temple on certain seeds with a lucky chest spawn or just easily hoik through the door.
Solar eclipse is arguably pre-mech!

0:57 my first ever guide was called Asher. Me and my brother loved him as if he was a real friend and when we went down to hell to start destroying some of the buildings (we both had terraspark boots so no need for a hellbridge) one of my summons killed a voodoo demon off screen and summoned the WoF. We were going to give Asher a propper goodbye, but we couldn't because we weren't thinking of fighting the WoF that session. Seeing Asher die again brought back some... memores.

You can also glitch into the temple before defeating planterra, which allows you to craft solar tablets.

I've had a solar eclipse naturally spawn 3 times in 5 days. I used the sundial to skip the event but it just kept coming back
