******************************************************

In this video you'll discover the nootropics benefits of Lion's Mane Mushroom. This is an update to a video I did on Lion's Mane several years ago.

In this video you'll learn why we use Lion's Mane as a nootropic, recommended dosage, side effects and clinical research.

Lion’s Mane Mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) is extremely effective at stimulating Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) in the brain.

Known for its powerful effects as a “brain tonic”, Lion’s Mane is said to have been used as a tea for thousands of years by Buddhist monks. To enhance brain power, and heighten their ability to focus during meditation.

Once past the blood-brain barrier, Lion’s Mane stimulates enzyme production that release Nerve Growth Factor (NGF). Nerve regeneration helps relieve neurodegenerative disease symptoms such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, and Parkinson’s Disease.

Lion’s Mane stimulates the repair and creation of neurons. Boosting neurotransmitters and brain cell signaling that effects memory, learning, recall, and mood. It helps eliminate brain fog. Restoring memory and mental alertness. And improves anxiety and depression symptoms.

Adding Lion's Mane to your nootropic stack may help with mood and mental energy. You may experience an increase in depth perception, and your sense of smell. Decision-making and learning should improve. And Lion's Mane helps lessen anxiety, reduces depression, and improves concentration.

Lion's Mane extract recommended dosage is 500 – 1,000 mg taken 1 to 3 times per day.

Wonderful information ❤ just got through with 3 months physical therapy for a side effect of Shingles ending with drop foot .pariferial neuropathy …. I invested in some nerve vitamins from a group of nerve specialists one containing lions mane preferring natural medicinals and have never taken drugs of any kind now at the ripe healthy age of 72…I never stopped working being a landscape gardener and having quite a large garden myself…also therapist stressed doing all I could possibly do as before to help speed up healing…the brain was in charge with familiarity and repetition…thank you stay blessed..

Hi David, I just came across your YouTube channel, and I really enjoyed your videos.

I am a 57 year old woman diagnosed with Parkinsons 16 years ago. I am currently using a walking frame.

I am taking levodopa medication and Macuna powder. I’m thinking of taking lions mane But I’m a little bit concerned about interaction with the medication.

Do you do video calls with clients in Australia? Do you think you can help me with this scanario? if so, can you please let me know your cost for consultation?

Looking forward to hearing from you, Antonia 🌟🚨

The biggest problem that I have with Lion's Mane - and I have heard many similar anecdotes, including from people I know personally - is that it seems to completely kill my libido, and it can take a long time to recover from it. What gives?

I’ve been growing and using lions mane and psilocybe and panaeolus species for almost 10 years now. I wonder how my life woulda progressed without this knowledge? Probably be a lot worse off without mushrooms in my life. Cordyceps has been my new itch to cultivate here lately that and morels and other rare Psilocybe species. But I digress I use lions mane everyday and love it but I also use small doses of other mushrooms to but with less frequency

Does the fruiting body extract help repair nerves or is it only the mycellium?!

Hi David, thanks for the update. I love lions mane and use it regularly before work bouts. It helps focus and getting things done.

What do you think of the stamets protocol, does it help to prolongue the effects from lions mane? Or is it a combined folley?
