I’m 63 live alone since my wife passed in 22. So one evening I’m watching my grandkids, I have some of my coffee at there house, and while looking for it, found a bottle of lions main supplements. Ask about them. Told me they don’t use them I can have them. Started taking them and have seen a substantial difference in mood and memory. Before I would sometimes struggle to find words. Not now! Thank you for your content.

I have started Lions Mane-and have noticed a definite increase in creativity- but not so much in my cognitive function. Although being creative makes me happier. So I’ll continue. I’m using a tincture.
Thank you so much for you’re great research - so appreciated 🙏🏻

Lions Mane cleared up the diabetic neuropathy in my feet. I drink the Dose Mushroom Coffee daily. Both feet and memory are improved.

Thanks Karen. That was a lot of studies to chew thru. Some of these studies look like hours of reading. I appreciate it. Kudo's and a thumbs up for this one.

My husband and I are new to your channel. I want to share my experience with lions mane. April 8, 2023 I broke my shoulder. The bone itself has healed but I've been struggling with getting my nerves and tendons etc healed. I've had limited range of motion. About 3 weeks ago we bought our first ever lions mane mushrooms. I dried it and ground it into a powder. I've been putting that power in everything including our coffee. Today I have roughly 98% of my range of motion back! I have no idea if the lion's mane is helping my nerves and tendons directly or if it's healing something in my brain. But the pain is down to about a .5 now. I scratched the back of my neck with that hand for the first time in a year! This is definitely one of many of nature's super foods!!!

I think they should do more studies. I've had severe depression during winter for 15 years. This year, no depression at all. This year I'm taking lionsmane extract 372mg.

I remember few years back after my husband died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with bipolar. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.

I had neuropathy in my hands for over a decade. So bad I needed assistance with all daily needs. Doctors could not seem to help. I took dried Lions Mane from a Canadian grower because I heard it helped nerves grow. I would and did try anything and everything to try and get out of my misery.
I can't say how or why, but after months of use, my hands came back, they have normal nerve feeling, not a constant electrical fire shocking my every miniscule movement. It's been 3 years, I take care of myself now.
Wish I could say I knew it was the Lions Mane. But I have a belief in it, and I started taking it again to try growing back many lost neurons . But now I hear I need the tincture, so, I will try it. Thank you so much.
If I get results I'll share.

I have taken lions mane about 6 months ago as a supplement and found that there was a noticeable improvement in my brain function, not that I was smarter or didn’t to figure out problems, but it seem to allow my best cognitive abilities prior to my 60’s, to come to mind without delay. My mood was clearly better. Not one episode of depression ever came up, which perhaps made normal thinking and other functions more available to me? Over the period of 2 months I took it everyday, and when I didn’t find it available until recently, it seemed to level my attitude and attention until the last month or so . Oddly enough the last two days the depression has come back with a vengeance but still I am able to “see it” more than “be it”. Also I have found some available, so this evening I took the recommended dosage, and I am quietly watching if and how it’ll affect me. It’s been several hours since I took it, and my observing the depression has been going down little by little. Tomorrow I will continue with the lions mane supplement and observe any and all changes for the better.

I’ve taken around 1500 mg of a powder for over a year now and noticed a huge difference in my memory and focus. My stomach issues have also subsided.

I have always wanted to believe in neuroplasticity and nerve regeneration in any way shape or form. I am just amazed at how the universe seems to work. I believe the universe believes in all of us and I just have to listen when suddenly surprise surprise surprise I hear something somewhere someplace sometime that just helps me out. This coming October 13th Friday 2023, I am scheduled for a surgical retinal reattachment. So just imagine my shock and surprise and absolute Delight that you mentioned our eyeballs specifically the retina. Tempe, for the longest of times I've been convinced that whatever ails me has always been in my head anyway, from an overall health aspect that is absolutely true for me. I'm wishing you well and all the success with all that you do, and deservedly so.

I love that you mentioned that if it is of benefit by say rewiring or healing the brain in some ways its benefits shouldn't dwindle and falter if ppl stop using it. This piqued my interest because that's something I've noticed when reading people's reviews. They would say "I stopped taking it for a set amount of time and wow was that a mistake", and they hop right back on it. The video I watched just before this was about a person who decided to try it for 30 days -- in powdered form. He quickly noticed some great benefits and then forgot to take it with him on a trip and he quickly noticed a drop and went back on it. As you mentioned, how is it healing if the improvements disappear with time? At least when it comes to the studies you mentioned. With that said, I've decided to give it a try for myself as well. Where I currently reside there aren't many options for a Lions Mane tincture so I choose the best one I can get. I'll keep all this in mind and be respectively skeptical until I see improvement in myself. I can't wait to hear back from you about your experience!

I've had long covid for over 3½ years but didn't realize what it was for year until it got much worse. I was already taking supplements but the one of the first new things I tried after perusing several long covid support groups was lion's mane, which several people recommended. I believe it has helped me avoid, for the most part, the brain fog so many LC sufferers have. Even with all my various symptoms I often feel a lot of mental energy - more than I previously had for year prior to taking it. I now make my own powder from the fresh mushroom I get at the local farmer's market and have also grown my own. I currently 1 tsp a day, about 2500 mg.

I'm 27, in nursing school, and definitely notice that brain fog and long term memory improve when I take lion's mane. I have a monthly pill box so I've tried months off and months on it, and I find myself struggling more on the months that I don't take it - i.e. memorizing new material, recall, clarity...
