My mom who is 85 and was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s 6 1/2 years ago. She’s just now struggling with her memory. I have her taking it everyday. She’s a week and a half in and I’m hopeful. She seems more present these past months. Her motor skills are waning, but her brain is what I am concerned with.

Once she’s taken this for a few more weeks I’m going to introduce methylene blue.

If I can keep her mind fresh and she passes from her body naturally slowing down to a stop, I’ll be overjoyed and so will she. That’s what we all strive for. We don’t all HAVE to die from illness. My grandma died from old age. They found nothing wrong other than normal worn out organs. My grandfather died the same way.

I've taken it every day for nearly 4 years now. Never take more than 3 grams of the strong stuff a day. I was taking 5 grams and after I had done it for 2 weeks I didn't sleep for a week. I still take 2 grams a day and I'm starting my exams in medical diagnostics. I'm way ahead of anyone and I swear it was the lions mane. Its definitely helped me learn anatomy

Pretty good supplement for reducing anxiety and improving focus. I feel better and more grounded than i have in a very long time.

I’ve been foraging for wild mushrooms for a few years. I’m lucky enough to live in the woods on Lake Jackson right outside of Manassas, VA. There’s a big wooded lot for sale that’s 3.85 acres right across the street from me. I’ve found a ton of both Chicken of the Woods and Lions Mane right there. The same mushrooms come out on the same downed and decaying trees year after year. I know exactly where they are and when they tend to pop up, like right about 2 weeks ago.
I’ve found that eating LOT of fresh Lions Mane really does supercharge your brain. I put it in chili or Hungarian wild mushroom soup typically.
I’m genuinely convinced that eating the fresh product over taking a pill with dried Lions Mane works FAR better.

Another thing to mention; After taking this for months, and suddenly stopping for a few days, I found myself forgetting things way more than I usually would (even prior to taking Lion’s Mane)

Something that I have noticed after taking a quality B Complex(Methylated/Activated) for about 3 months now is that my ADD symptoms have been mellowing out. I seem to be able to see through my symptoms better and my sleep has improved a lot. Not so hyper focused as before. And over all more relaxed and seeing more of the big picture(s) Kinda off topic but best to mention now or end up forgetting

I started taking lion's Mane and noticed a fungus among us. But seriously, I haven't noticed any side effects even when I take it on an empty stomach.

These tablets were amazing for me with the anxiety and brain fog but my hair was shedding incredibly fast so I stopped, has anyone had experience with this and if it gets any better?

I typically take 1, 000 mg a day.. If I take more, I get a slight headache that last throughout the day.. but 1, 000 mg a day just keeps me focus and calm

Lion's Mane improves my focus a bit, I can feel it within, like, twenty minutes or so. But if anything, it keeps me awake. Magnesium helps me sleep far more than Lion's Mane. I primarily use it as a protein supplement for soups.

I have noticed a difference in my first two days of taking lions mane. its like a coffee perk. my wife says that when i take lions mane she notices within the hour that i can stay on topic in conversation longer and that i talk faster. lol
