RECIPE:

Mix 800 grams of all purpose flour with 1 tablespoons spoon of salt

In a separate bowl mix 600 grams of water with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of active dry yeast

Mix the wet ingredients into the dry and combine. Add half a cup of olive oil and cover for 12-14 hours.

Spread the dough onto a baking sheet and allow to rest for another 2 hours.

Then dimple the dough and add your toppings along with some flakey salt.

Bake at 450 F for 25 min
