Rosemary Topping
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon for the baking tray - 1 to 2 tablespoon on top
3 tablespoons water
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarse salt or flaky salt
5 sprigs rosemary

I hate to bring Down the mood great looking bread but your density needs some adjusting it’s to dense to be proper focaccia doesent have the iconic big holes and is missing the light ness . Add more water gradually its should be a high hydration dough the steam inside while it cook leave big air pockets behind and it can’t be over mixed we do not want a lot of gluetmine structures built in the dough if it was white bread it’s ok but not this kind
