Rump Steak from Argentina (grass-fed beef) with onions and mushrooms, seared in Irish butter. This time there is an occasional visitor at my cottage.

That is a seasoned pan, takes me hours but worth it, also love how he doesn't faff with the steak, he leaves it to cook and doesn't pick it up every 2 mins like alot of people. I lovely looking dish
