No, what really sucks is forgetting words mid conversation and you then get stuck trying to remember.

One time I couldn't remember the word for door, so I said " wooden window"

"Two good whacks" is a go to for me. More versatile than you think in some cases but also denotes an underlying "it really doesn't matter to me"
