I think it
like when you are near failure, the reps automatically slow down even when using maxmimum effort.
slowing down reps which can be done at normal speed (not suggesting flying with weights) will not not be that
Train hard reps will slow down when near failure 👍🏻

Sir...mai home workout karta hu...abhi Mai ak student hu... muje workout karna k time kam milta ...esliya Mai subha ak muscle and Sam ko ak ar muscle train karta hu... I don't agree with the 2-1-2 thing
there's no hard and set rule on how long should your positive and negatives take.

just do whatever feels okay but make sure to just control the weight on negatives...
