How to gain weight if I have IBS problem.
My pain and symptoms (gas, flatulence, constipation, diarrhoea, muscle loss) triggers with eating milk products. I have cut down on milk, tea, and coffee. Soya been also gives gas. Egg also triggers gas if I eat it with bread or just eat it lone.

Eating Rajma once in daytime is safe for me but what to eat in evening...
