Dr Berg thank you I exercise, do intermittent fasting 17 or 18 hrs, drink cinnamon sticks water daily, i lost weight and my craving for carbohydrates and sugar all gone, I Dr one it by staying consistent. Information is power 🙏🙏

I started OMAD (one meal a day), no sugar, flour, rice, just protein, veg, sm. amount of berries & sometimes soup..
I've learned healthy portions.
I Loooove my flour and sugar, but I'm tired of being overweight.
From 2/24/25- 4/01/25 I've lost 23lbs.
My extra incentive is every time I lose 20lbs, I'm getting a 90-minute massage. 💆🏼‍♀️🎉🙌

That's great advice. However, some people don't eat because they are hungry, rather to self soothe or regulate some kind of psychological dissonance.

Combine these tips with all the benefits of microdosing glp-1. I started with your approach years ago. I had no negative side effects from glp-1s because my diet was clean and fasting had fixed a lot of gut issues but my set point would not move.
