Sobrang bait ng may-ari ng zh2 na yan boss Jao. na-meet ko siya sa motostreat and he gave me advices since I'm planning to get my first big bike. RS to both!

Turbo and supercharger. Same purpose but different mechanism. Sa turbo, it uses the exhaust to rotate the propeller inside the turbo and while umiikot ang propeller na yon, it also suck more air that is filtered from the intercooler. More air and fuel= more hp. Higher psi or boost also means more air forced into the engine.

Whilw the supercharge is the same, but instead of using the exhaust, it uses the engine's own power(commonly the crankbelt sa mga kotse)to rotate the screws/propeller inside the turbine to force more air, hence the force inducton. It also cause 20-40% of the engines power loss depende sa type ng supercharger(root, procharger etc.) But the drawback of the lost power can be measured up to 80% more power and also does not have the delay called "turbo lag" unlike sa mga turbo type force induction

Yung turbo charger po ay nakadepende sa airflow ng exhaust while yung supercharger ay, gaya ng sabi mo, naka-rekta sa crankshaft. Parehas sila na humihigop ng masmaraming hangin pero yung turbocharger e may lag dahil kailangan nya ng certain engine rev para makapaghigop ng masmaraming hangin compared sa naturally aspirated engine. Yung supercharger, kahit anong RPM e nakakahigop na ng extra air para sa makina kaya kahit low rpm e malakas na hatak.

Small info lng about super/turbo charger.
Sila ay compressor lng na ung purpose ay mag lagay nang mas maraming hanging sa engine. More air, pwede ka mag dag dag ng gas, more power.
Ung difference, super charger- crank driven, turbo charger - excuse nag dradrive ng compressor.
Ung sumisita, most likely blowoff valve, ni rerelease ung compressed air every time nererelease ung throttle.

Papalitan lng po yung rubber gasket sa cover ng supercharger intake. Malapit po kc yung "cut-segment" ng stock gasket sa may bottom part kaya tumutulo yung "moisture na may oil".
