I actually love to skip breakfast and start right into my work. I believe this is big for me in terms of productivity. Also switching to a low-carb diet made a big difference as I am less hungry and can focus more on my lab work.

100% agree on eating once a day. I tried it for a month and it changed my life BUT i wont do it everyday. I guess every other week is good.

I've been OMAD for years....another thing I do is never sit down all day long, so its easy for me to get 10k~15k steps a day without even trying; standing keeps me very productive ....I eat as late as possible at night, and first I'll finally sit for at least 30min before I eat

So actually reading fictional books is common for high up CEO's. It turns out that humans are EXTREMELY motivated by good stories, fiction or non-fiction. I've also spoken to many businessmen personally and, while they might read a lot every year, they really only focus on a couple of their books for life advice. Its the old saying that a man can learn the universe by exploring far and wide, or by examining a small grain of sand very very carefully.
