How To turn off “Let’s Finish Setting Up Your Device In Windows 10
After Windows 10 updates, when you turn on your computer or laptop, you may get to the “Completing setting up your device” window with two options: “Remind me in 3 days” or “Continue”. If you agree and continue, the window will not bother you in the near future, but you can get rid of it in another way.

This simple tutorial on how to disable the "Completing setting up your device" window in Windows 10 so that it no longer appears every 3 days.

All you need to do to prevent the dialog box in question from appearing on login again is to change one simple setting:

The real problem is, is that why is this happening in the first place? I've had my computer for around 3 years now and only up until the last month has this been an issue. I'm guessing it was some update from windows 10 that now has additional ways to personlize or configure your pc and now the system sees it as it's not completely finished setting up the pc. Also, my windows 10 was installed on my pc in 2021, so it's not that old.

That checkbox isn't there. I'm forced to see this stupid screen at nearly every startup and I have no option to get rid of it

Based. Unbelievable that this is the state of using Windows, but I'm glad there are people out there helping spread solutions

Unfortunately on Windows 11, I think it's coming back.
Imagine every shopkeeper trying to sell you junk you dont want acted like this. "Hey, do you want to buy my garbage? Yes, or should I remind you in 3 days?"

Thank you for that, now the bigger question is how do I prevent windows 10 from being a pain and continually asking me to update to windows 11?

This default behavior makes me run Windows only when absolutely necessary, but still: THX*10^3!
