My issue is different. I clicked ok and filled out everything and now it’s showing me the white screen with all the windows office logos and a “just a moment” loading icon that has been like that for a really long time now. I’m afraid to reboot but don’t know what else to do? Seems like it should be something that takes under an hour no?
