Hi, there is have another way if you still stuck at "Lets Go" screen issue cause by Accessability Talk Back . Make sure Install samsung Galaxy Wearable app at your phone and then connect with samsung watch. You can tap the number from watch screen.

After install app look at "Watch Setting" > Accesiblity > Screen Reader > Turn Off Voice Assistant.

It works like normal watch. I thought my samsung active watch cant function or issue. Hope this tip can help you guys
