I have taken some traditional pilates and equipment exercises creatively onto the roller. What a great class! I feel so much longer. Reminded me a lot of the foam classes I would do with my 1:1 trainer when I was rehabbing my back injury!

Wowowow! This was amazing! U r absolutely right: the roller makes some moves harder while others easier. I am definitely going to feel my hamstrings tomorrow. I loved the balance challenge of the section on the roller long-wise. I found the roller helped with Bicycle, Jackknife, that whole section. And the roller really helped me engage my lats, pull my shoulders down in the prone section: thoracic extension is challenging for me, and I found the roller was a great help! Awesome workout; thank u!

Love your instruction! The class was ok! Would have like to see it a few more moves especially table top adding in dead bugs and single leg stretch. Bridge marches and extensions, flexion marches. Prefer the mini ball over this one
