20 minutes of fun with this full body HIIT workout at home!!! Warm up, press play and let’s feel amazing! Turn up the intensity as it’s only 20 seconds of hard work before that rest!

Work hard for 20 seconds before 10 seconds rest! Earn that 10 seconds rest!!

All you will need is a bottle of water handy and a mat!

Have fun with it!! Smile during the rest... smile during the hovers!

To be honest, Caroline is my favorite fitness influencer because
1. Her workouts are difficult (this one is REALLY HARD)
2. She isn’t afraid to show when she is struggling (like sometimes, she takes a little break)
3. She motivates us with her expressions during the workout
4. She tells us about the workout beforehand (so we can mentally prepare to die lol)
5. Her workouts are professional (she doesn’t put stuff like “lose belly fat” and stuff
6. She acts realistic (like, she doesn’t do a cardio hiit workout with her hair loose)
Etc.
There are so many more reasons, and I’d just like to say, thank you so much for inspiring us!

Caroline, I tried a lot of HIIT workouts already on youtube from other trainers, and yours are definitely the toughest. I can only look half as coordinated as you. You're definitely the queen of hiit on youtube.
I don't typically like repeats on cardio/hiit (but I LOVE repeat sets for strength workouts for progressive overload), but I am excited to crush this one 💪

i discovered you from Linda and omg i'm never leaving!! i am quite far in my journey but no where near finishing and i needed a lot more challenging workouts and you are perfect for that. i did someone hiit today and that was so freaking intense!!! i needed that. you are so freaking amazing, never stop!!! i'm DRENCHED in sweat.

I did my knee a while back (meniscus and cruciate ligament) and I'm still trying to get it all the way back. Love that this is an agility workout and it's really toning my legs back up. Thank you so much for this!
