In this video, we’re going to talk about what boosts growth hormone the most.

Both intermittent fasting and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) have been shown to boost growth hormone. But which is better?

Intermittent fasting is the winner.

Intermittent fasting boosts growth hormone by 2000%, while high-intensity interval training boosts growth hormone by 450-700%.

This is one of the many reasons why most people should be on an intermittent fasting plan.

Growth hormone is essential for keeping your body and mind looking and feeling young. High levels of growth hormone can also help you avoid muscle loss.

The best way to start doing intermittent fasting is to cut out all snacks and grazing. Then, you can start having only 1-2 meals per day. Skipping breakfast is an easy way to do this.

In summary, intermittent fasting is the best way to boost growth hormones. High-intensity interval training is also a great addition to a healthy lifestyle.

Great input. I've been doing intermittent fasting for over a year and once you get over the struggle the first few days you won't look back. Combined with HIIT in that fasted state the fat burning is unreal.Incredible health benefits among with ridiculous increase in natural growth hormone. Keep it up Eric!

Agree. My grandpa is ninety years old and as healthy and energetic as a 40-year-old guy - he always eats so little amount of food since I could remember.

I've watched many, many videos of yours, and all of them are so scientifically explained. They broke so many myths I had, and I learnt how to eat the proper way to lose weight. I can't thank you enough. Not only this, I fixed my breathing problems, sleepiness, pain, and so much more. Thank you so much.

Also I have experienced accelerated HGH levels with intermittent fasting. I have PCOS and this is one of the best things I can do. The body fat redistribution is amazing! Throw in 20 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill and we have a plan! Thanks Dr. Berg.

You look incredible for a man in his 50's. I used to kill myself in the gym and be careful with my regular 5 meals a day but the combination of IF and HIIT finally changed my body and rapidly. I also noticed a HUGE difference in muscle gains when I stopped going to the gym as often and stopped running. (Just HIIT weight bearing exercises and sometimes just weights without intensity). Because I was finally allowing my body adequate rest (which in turn kept my cortisol levels in check which we know is crucial to fat loss thanks to Dr.B), I was able to grow my muscles and burn the fat much faster. Counter intuitive to mainstream information, but killing it the gym 5 days a week was ruining my gains. I want to marry you Dr.B.

I agree 1000% on this from direct experience and experiment.
Although I've been fasting 16/8 for two months. But recently I tried 24 hour once in a while. in the 24 hour fasting, during deep sleep my body produced a high spike of HGH and in the morning I could feel it in my muscles like they were pumped and I felt like 18 years old that day. All natural and zero side effect. After reading about it, the body does that to protect the muscles from and helps fat break down for energy.

Gavin Mehl and This Man is 100 Percent Correct, I Accidentally Discovered this about 15 years ago, I naturally dont have an Appetite in the morning, just Coffee, I. Was going through Circumstances where I didn't have Steady Housing, and Work, So I use to Hike Everywhere I Went, Sometimes for 5-7 hours daily just on Coffee, My Skin was clear, i was lean , energetic and Strong without any Food Cravings, My bones and Muscles was strong, I felt healthy and had no cold or flu during the Winter time, So I can Personally Attest Exactly to What This Man is Saying.

I have worked up to fasting for 14-15 hours. I am trying to go to 16 hours. It is so hard because I get hungry after I am awake for an hour or two. Thanks Dr. Berg, I LOVE all of your videos. I watch them every morning.
