Am I the only one that noticed how Kregg and Thula looks significantly younger in the flashback. Kregg even has both of his eyes still intact

"We killed half of our population until only the strongest were left to form the greatest empire in the galaxy. We might have been deleyed with the second part in order to get our technlology and economy back up because we kinda killed most people who knew how to run things though."

And it also explains why Nolan refused to back down. Sure he COULD have betrayed the Empire and protected Earth, but the Vultrumites would've just killed him, killed Mark, and conquered Earth anyways. Nolan could just conquer Earth and he would be WAY more gentle about it than, say, Thagg or Conquest would have.

In the comics, Invincible goes back in time and stops his father from killing the original Guardians. When Nolan comes to, he's distraught that he even tried to kill them in the first place. He REALLY didn't want to do it, but thought that he had to.

This was so counter productive. Only choosing based on the physical strength and violence.

Anyone notice how all the male viltramites have a mustache

It seems being strong in Viltrum is just stabbing someone when they’re not paying attention.

noticed some got killed from behind. don't know how that proves that they are strong or weak.

Having read the source material, I recognized a few Viltrimites in that scene!

It's interesting how when both Nolan explained things to Mark here and when Anissa was doing that ("started with reason"), they both use some semblance of logic, but since their "logic" is never properly questioned since they can just kill anyone who disagrees with them, it's full of holes. The whole fight between Mark and Nolan, Nolan tells all the nasty things to Mark, but it's really all just to try and convince himself of those things he's been indoctrinated.

So Nolan is like a Navy Seal or green beret of Viltrum

General Kregg and Conquest are here. Can't remember the females name.

So attacking someone when they're not looking is strength? Amazing logic.

This kinda remind of Mandalorians or Saiyans due to their Conqueror and expanding type behaviour

Imagine the Saiyans were Frieza doesn’t Exist

So they are like more brutal but slightly less crazy version of the Irken Empire.

So they’re essentially followers of yosuga.

What’s scary is that the original story that Nolan told Mark when he was a child was somewhat true to this one, just from a certain point of view

question. how come they can take explosions and plasma weapons like it was nothing, yet they can kill each other with a metal stick? are the weak to their metals, or does it depend on how old they are?
