👋♥️🌮♥️👋I had fish tacos while in California visiting family. OMG! Loved them and could eat them any time. Was from the Midwest at that time. Hard pressed to find fish tacos there. Now in the South, same story, no fish tacos then. At this time I’m finally noticing, some not many, restaurants have them. My fish tacos are composed with, grilled fish, seasoned with cumin, smoked paprika, some pepper and a tad of salt, granulated garlic and granulated onion powder. Put that on a flour tortilla, grated/chopped cabbage, salsa verde and chopped onions. Love them like this. Later friends. 👋♥️🙏♥️👋

I want a low wide flat air fryer - I’m wondering if that Ninja grill does the same stuff as an air fryer....

Not familiar with mahi mahi. I usually eat freshwater fish like catfish, bass, crappie, or bluegill. I've had a few varieties of saltwater fish like Alaska pollock, haddock, tuna, and Atlantic cod.
But those do look good though. Great job!

It looks like they're all settled in the house, but we haven't seen a tour yet! I have never had a fish taco. Do you not put cheese on them?

I've never had a fish taco in my life. That just doesn't sound good to me. I'll take ground beef and chorizo any day. Fish? nope. More power to you if you like those flavors. I don't care for raw onions, jalapenos or cilantro. No lime or pineapple on it either.
