A few months ago, I flew to San Diego from Seattle for a old school BMX event. (Bicycle Motocross). I picked up my rental car and headed straight to the taco stand. Not Not Tacos. Sadly they were not open at 9:30 in the morning. 😄 I wandered around town for a while until it was time for lunch. I asked the dude behind the counter to sell me their top 3 tacos. Don’t even remember what they were other than absolutely delicious. As I waited for my tacos, Sam showed up. He looked busy but still took a moment to allow me to say hey, and tell him how much I enjoy the videos and his cookbook “recipes with intentional leftovers”. Keep up the entertaining videos guys.

I was pointed here by the Youtube algorithm because I look at quite a few Mexican street food videos. As soon as I looked at your California Burrito video I was hooked. Tatertots, who'dof thunk? I said to myself this guy needs a restaurant and finally after a few 'episodes' we see you do own a taco shop! The food has to be amazing.
