It’s called pico de gallo when it’s chopped, salsa when it’s more liquid. Guacamole when it’s chopped and Avocado is added. Salsa de Guacamole when it’s liquid and avocado is added. There’s also a chunky salsa but usually it’s because it was just lightly toasted and mashed on a molcajete. At least that’s to my personal knowledge of how south and north states in Mexico call/ do it. Love your videos🫶🏻
