I appreciate you going into explanations on alignment and stressing its importance. As a 82 yr old this to me is very important. Also, your comments about allowing your body to rebuild hits home since i feel at present i can only do 3-4 sessions per week. This has been hard for me to accept but i have finally done it and find I am better for it.

Wonderful class, thanks Tim! I am here from the 2022 challenge, added in an extra yin practice after having dental surgery and having to take it slow. Loved the leg against the wall!

This was a lovely restorative practice, I was looking for some relief for my shoulders after swimming. I really liked your note about how to get deeper into down dog, by imagining being lifted in that position. The comments at the end about excess and using our energy wisely is a point very well taken, especially in a world where we are always on the go and pushing ourselves maybe a little too hard. Thank you for a great session, Tim, Heidi and Ollie! 🙂

I studied yoga with TK Desikachari in India, and have been practicing over 50 years, and I still find this series very helpful in bringing more awareness to my practice. Thank you!

Just what my back and shoulders needed today. I like to cue to draw the sits bones back in lizard, that really help lengthen my stuck lower back. My dog is not near as polite as Ollie. Mine left me with a wet willie in downdog.

Hey Tim! I've been following your work for years and I appreciate you, your practice, and your expertise. Lately there have been so many ads during the practice and it really interrupts the flow. I always let them play before and after (get that money!) but now they're playing every five minutes, and it really takes away from the session. Great work, as always, and thank you so much for sharing your practice with us!
