Congratulations on completing two full weeks of the daily yoga challenge!
To celebrate, we have a special slow and gentle yin yoga practice that targets hips and lower back - 15 minutes to just relax, and let go of tension and stress in the body and the mind.
You may find it helpful to have a blanket or cushion nearby to modify some of the poses. We will hold each pose for 1.5-2 minutes, but feel free to stay in the poses longer if it feels good for your body.
Today's sequence includes: butterfly, deer pose (also known as 90/90 stretch), sphinx, and supine twist. Enjoy!

I love that Deer pose. Could stay there for ages. Thought i'd struggle a bit with the longer holds (I'm the sort of person who rushes everywhere) but am getting used to taking time for my yoga now and i really enjoyed the holds. Feel very loose and relaxed afterwards. Thank you.

I don’t know why my extremities started falling asleep especially my hands, love the deer pose though, I’m not sure about the yin yoga for my body -thank you for the lovely practice
