I'm trying to run WordPerfect. I've followed the instructions here (I did backup the MSVCP140.dll that was already in the directory). I've restarted the computer. I've reinstalled the program 2 or 3 times. Still, it doesn't work. I get the same message. Here's where the file shows up = C:\Windows\System32.

Any ideas?

Although I have a 64-bit machine, the software was looking for 32-bit versions (two files were involved... MSVCP140.dll and vcruntime140.dll were both missing or corrupt). After installing the 32-bit versions everything worked. Hope this helps someone else.
