I RAN 2 MILES A DAY FOR 20 DAYS - THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED
Показать описание
First training experiment I upload on this channel. I truly enjoyed making this video. Since i did my fat to fit fitness transformation I have had a intrest in training. Running has always been something I avoided like the plague. Like I said in the video, thats where I have the most improvement potential. Also I have been building muscle for a while and need to start shedding my "access fat-costume" to make my gains more visible. This challenge is a perfect kickstart to work on getting shredded. What type of videos do you want to see here? Let me know. Also feel free so shoot me any question. BIG thanks to Linn Lundgren for being my support and help me with clips!
10 FACTS ABOUT THIS RUNNING CHALLENGE
1. Recorded in Umeå, Sweden September 2020
2. All the shots of me running while the gopro is still on a focused spot, are clips I recorded either after the run or before, But needed them clips for video estetics
3. I recorded my runs with a Gopro
4. I have some heavy arthritis in my right knee, I thought this could be a problem going into this challenge. It turns out running with arthritis works, but it has been key to ease into the runs and not go out to hard in the beginning.
5. I tracked the distance on my runs with a garmin fitbit. Not 100% accurate I can assure you, however it is consistent with its inconsistency if that makes any sence. A good tool nevertheless
6. I still do not believe that "runners high" exists. haha. I enjoy the whole fitness aspect of running, but I just cannot find myself enjoying the run itself, atleast not yet. I do not regret this challenge one second however, this was all about mentality and dicipline!
7. The fact that I did this challenge at the same time as I worked full time standing up, play icehockey once a week, go skateboarding and bike for 1,5 hours back and forth to work every shift is pretty sick. It is also the reason I chose a shorter distance and 20 days instead of 30. Also the arthritis was a huge factor in this decision
8. On the last day of this challenge I weighed in on a new personal low since I started my fitness transformation. This is very motivating for me
9. Before this challenge I had 3 days in a row with running as a personal best. Those were the days, haha
