12:01 so tip for the future: do NOT overfill the ice ball tray as much as you did. You needed about 2/3rds as much. And given that the mixture you had was thicker you probably should have just poured off as much excess as you could. The excess is what lead to it being hard to open.

Also if you ever have trouble with ice cubes in a try, get a rag wet with hot tap water and let them sit for a minute or two on the rag. The heat should melt the outer layer and let you POP them out a lot easier. Lol
