I know that a lot of people were concerned about Kotick leaving right after this deal with a golden parachute. But the dude is already a rich billionaire. A few extra hundred million won't make much of a difference to him either way. But he's definitely going to be making his exit soon, either of his own doing or by Microsoft's.
