1 WEEK POST-OP UPDATE

After waiting almost 3 years, I finally had top surgery and here is a video of the experience, my chest reveal and the first week of post-op recovery that followed.

for whenever you're ready to switch to wearing shorts that aren't button-ups, what i found helpful was putting my arms horizontally in front of me instead of vertically above my head. i didn't do this right away...i waited maybe 2 weeks post-op to do so (i can't remember exactly when i switched to t-shirts)

what size was your chest pre-op? I'm trying to find examples of larger chests that medalie has done.
