Lower Lumbar Discectomy L4-L5 | 1 Week Post Op

I am praying for you! I also have to have back surgery after I get another MRI January 14th. L4, L5, S1 area. It was affecting my right leg and swelling up my right foot (my 2 little toes are numb too.) I'm so glad to hear that you're doing better. I hope you have a wonderful a Christmas and I'm so thankful that you're feeling a bit better! 💗

I've had back surgery in 2009 and has left me with crutches .I'm so glad you are getting better xx

I'm so happy that your feeling better girl. 💗. It takes time and allot of patients. And when is moms are so used to being on the go constantly it's really really hard to rest and not be on high gear lol lol. I'm so proud of you your doing so so good I'm happy to hear that the feeling in your foot is coming back it will get there I PROMISE 🥰🥰. A small word of advice... Don't eat chocolate or anything that will make you gassy. I didn't know not to eat chocolate after having surgery and o boy lol it was nothing nice... So just be careful. I'm glad you finally went potty whew that helps so so much. One day at a time honey you will get there. Take care of yourself and Merry Christmas ⛄⛄🎄❄️ to all of YOU and your family 🥰🥰🥰. Can't wait to learn what's going to be happening in 2023. I really need a haircut and some of your help 💗💗💗💗🤣
