looking great thanks for all the info waiting on my VSG insurance approval answer did six month of classes and Dr visits so I am just waiting on a date

Congrats! I'm 5 months post-op for bypass - it's quite a journey! I relate with the goal weight comments. A "normal" BMI for me is 140lbs. max and I can't even wrap my head around that as a concept you know? I've never had a weight goal partially because I think there is too much emphasis on this (sometimes) arbitrary number on the scale that doesn't necessarily define you, your health, or your abilities. I know I need a ballpark - I can't just wing it completely - but I don't want a number to try and define me.
